Unable to Launch NI Vision Builder AI

Hi, recently I encounter an issue with VIBAI - I connot launch the application 😕
I can see how new processes are spawned in Windows Task Manger but application doesn't show up. I can see the splash screen sometimes for a moment but it's not opening the aplication...

What can be the source of this problem?

some times windows of software locate in place out of desktop location and you could not see it do you check this in this case increase desktop resolution could solve problem

It is not the case here. If window is out of desktop it is still visible in Task Manager and in my case it isn't.

UPDATE: VIBAI is launching after couple minutes o.O

so it is better to repair it
go to unsitall windows select national instrument
and select VB and select repair
