That is interesting, I'd like to test it here but we don't have access to that camera. Do you know if NI Sydney had success? What troubleshooting steps did they take? Is there a particular reason they are sending it back to you?
Ok so I have the camera hardware back now with a solution from NI Sydney - there's another parameter in the camera file that also needs to be changed along with the number of taps. The BitMapping parameter needs to be changed from BitMapping(Standard) to BitMapping(Alt1)
