PCIe-1429 + Mikrtotron 1362 MAX Timeout 10 Tap

When using the Mikrotron 1362 camera in 8 Tap 430fps the grab works fine in MAX. However when I increase Tap 10 lines interlaced I get an error saying Aquisition timeout error. Could this be a problem with the PC being too slow for the bitrate? Also, I would like to record AVIs of the video stream using LABView is there an example that I can use?

It is hard to say without to know your computer characteristics. 
Have you looked for this error?

You can use Grab and Select Video Mode.vi, you can find this example on the NI example finder.

Hi,

When you look at the user manual for your frame grabber you will see that it can't be used with Camera Link full extended (10Tap). I can see in the table that you can use only standard camera link full (8Tap).

Your computer is probably OK. You need a new frame grabber if you want to work 10Tap.
