I have two ATSC Tuners brands that I'm evaluating to use an Automated Test Equipment.
The problem I'm facing up is that one of them (SABRENT model TV-USBHD) cannot be setup by either Measurement Automation Explorer ( I got error 0x80040217) or NI Vision Adquisition express ( return an unknown error)
The other ATSC Tuner is a DIAMOND ATI HDTV110 works fine with NI IMAQ.
I would like to use The ATSC SABRENT for price reason...
As a technical information I can say both tuners use direct Show, but don't know about hardware diffrences....
Anyway, on the other hand I have tested a "VideoGrabber library for .net" from Company Datastead in Labview, both Tuners works perfectly fine but, the price of this library is $700.00
So, my conclusion is that there's a problem with NI IMAQ.
If any body have an idea how can I resolve the problem with the SABRENT Tuner I'll appreciate it.
