Is there a chance to download the Vision Development Module 2019 SP1?

I have tried to download the Vision Development Module 2019 SP1 using this link and it just allows me to download its run-time. Selecting earlier versions of the Vision Development Module seem to direct to the correct download link.  Can anyone put some light on this, please?

I had a look at the page and it seems that you can install a "full" edition of Vision Development Module 2019 SP1. It was an only choice for me.

Several hours later and having told the browser to forget about the past the link now works as expected.
