-What camera you are using?
-Do you get images even though buffer number not increasing?
-After exactly what number it doesn't increase?
-Can you post the code which you are having issue with?
Thanks

If the Buffer Number is not increasing, then your Camera Driver is not taking frames (or something else is seriously wrong).  Post your code if you think that the problem is your LabVIEW Code.  Take your Camera to the Camera Repair Shop if you think the problem is the camera hardware.  Check your wires if you think the problem is that the cable connecting the Camera to the Computer isn't working.

If posting code, please attach VIs, not pictures of the Block Diagram.  It will also be helpful to tell us the camera you are using, and how it interfaces to your computer (USB, TCP/IP, via a special hardware board, etc.).
