How to resize pixels in Vision ... Part II

I tried to resample my image, and it worked fine. The problem is, that it will take too long to resample the whole image. Is there another, faster possibility to resize my pixels. It's just for displaying it. If I resample the image, the data will be changed, and I don't want to do that, in fact.

The quick and dirty method is to use IMAQ Extract with a Y step of 21. Just extract it to a new image (wired to Image Dest) for display purposes.
