How to match Pattern Matching when the work's position and angle varies and background disturbed?

I don't know how can I find the pattern using IMAQ Match Pattern 4 algorithm

when the work's position and angle varies and background disturbed.

If anyone know about this issue, please help us.

I guess the red colored area in my attachment is always fixed. So try finding edges at these position and create a reference point. Now based on this reference point , try to use the Match  pattern algorithm.
