o images. When I wired the result image to the "Template Image" of the "IMAQ Match Pattern", it always says "Invalid template". My target is to automatically get the difference item and find it in the other images. Please help me solve the problem, thanks!

It sounds like you are trying to use a full size image as a template. I think there is a size limit.

What you will need to do is reduce the size of your template to only contain the object you are looking for. If I understand your problem correctly, you are trying to locate the extra item that is not present in the original image.

I would need more information about what you are trying to do before I could suggest a good way to do it.
