Grayscale camera gives colored 32bit picture in MAX

So I updated to Labview 2010 and the camera I used was plugged out, afterwards my project including image acquisition did not work any more. I could break it down that it all comes from an ImageType error. So, my grayscale camera PGR Scorpion SCOR-20SOM in MAX gives me an 32bit RGB image, whereas in FlyCap everything is normal and it shows 8bit Gray.

How can I make it work again?

(Converting each picture back to 8bit Gray would be kind of crazy as it should just come as 8bit)

I tried the 2.0.314, 2.3.3.14, 2.3.3.17 and 2.3.3.0007 FirePRO driver (it's a 1394-camera)

Solution: Choose the Microsoft Firewire driver instead of the FirePRO from Greyscale, in the device manager deinstall the camera device, and reinstall it in MAX with right-click option NI-IMAQdx IIDC Digital Camera
