FLIR SC300 GigE is not detected by NI Max but it is detected by eBus Player

Hi all,

I need help with troubleshooting FLIR SC300 GigE camera connectivity. I'm able to detect the camera using Pleora eBus Player, but for some reason NI MAX nor ResearchIR is not able to detect the camera.

I have set my network jumbo packet to 9014 bytes.

Here are the NI software packages that I have installed on my PC:

Did I miss something?
