Camera link Bit assignment for 16-bit 4 channels

Hello

I'm developing a custom camera for 16-bit 4 channels (RGBY).

I'm wondering the bit assignment for full configuration.

Actually 12-bit 4channels is explained in some documents, but not for 16-bit 4channels

Anyone can explain about this?

If 16-bit 4 channels are impossible, 16-bit 3channels + 12bit 1channel are possible?
