Call By Reference in IVB error

Hi,

I created one program in VBAI 2018 and in this I have to count total pass/fail as well.

So, it is working fine.

But when I do the same with another system in VBAI 2012 version than it is showing error.

I am attaching the programs (2018 and 2012) with some screenshots for reference.

Could anyone tell me what am I missing in ver 2012 with same steps or I have to do it in traditional way in ver 2012.
