The part number of Vision Run Time has changed ??:  First 778044-00 and then 778044-03 and then 778044-35 

The 778044-35 is only currently available.

I need the 778044-03 because is the 2011 version.

will "778044-35" work with 2011 Vision Run-Time?

Generally all the licenses are backwards compatible---a 2014 license will activate licensed features in a 2011-built application. I would suggest checking with your local NI salesperson to be sure regarding the differences between those part numbers.
