problem with panel dimension

first question

if i set the same panel dimension in revise control panel setting and in panel connection the result is not the same

 for example to have the correct dimension i must set for one pannel

in revise control panel  height 400 and with 630

in panel connection height 440 and width 640 

what is the problem ?

second question 

it is possible to lock the possibility to move and arrange the panel for the operator ?

(i have set also x and y in connection)

I also notice this weird behaviour. The panel has two sets of parameters for the size. We suggest you to use the panel.width and panel.height to set the size. The help also recommends this way.

I don't find a way to prevent user from moving the panel.
