lookout opc client and eib

i trying to use the lookout opc client with EIB server.
so far no success. has anybody done this before ? i need help.

Server Explorer is a utility that allows you to explore OPC servers installed on your computer. It will help you troubleshoot the EIB OPC Server by verifying the communication outside of Lookout.

thanks for your help. using Server Explorer i am able to switch the EIB devices on and off. but when i create an expression through Lookout OPCclient, i get this error ehen running:

OPC/OLE error(1): Configuring OPC error(10): This ItemID is not known. (C0040007).

The first thing to try is Flat browsing in the OPCClient. If you are using Lookout 4.x or greater and have not updated your Logos (Citadel and Time Synchronization Servers) portion of Lookout, download it from NI.com downloads area. If this doesn't work call in for support.
