We have an issue with Lookout 6.5. (keyboard driver is installed)
We set system options like this: 5 for all security level parameters, and 1 for User cannot acknowledge alarms.
When we try to log on user with lower level then 5 entire operating system crushes.
We will do some tests today and maybe we get more informations.
Do you know what could be the problem?

We perform a little test today. We could log user, with level for example 4, in each case only we couldn't do that if the parameter "User cannot switch to another program" for example 5.
I attached the blue screen we get each time we tried to do so. It looks like the keyboard driver is involved.
Any idea? (This happens only on this particular PC)

It looks like the keyboard driver issue.
If it happens only on a particular PC, could you give more information about the PC hardware and OS?

Hardware:
HP Z200 I5-650, 3GB RAM, 320GB HD, RAID + NVIDIA Quadro FX580, 512MB
OS:
Windows 7 32, downgrade to XP pro

Could the downgraded Windows be the problem? Have you tested the 6.5 with such a OS?

Both OS are supported. The problem is probably in the compatibility with hardware.

Any idea how we could solve the problem?

We are planing to install 6.5 on one more system these days. Is there a way to check the hardware compatibility?

In most cases, the hardware compatibility is not an issue. Lookout doesn't operate the hardware directly except some PLC interface card.
The keyboard driver software is a special case. Have you tried to unistall the keyboard driver?

Uninstalling the keyboard driver would solve the problem but we need keyboard driver, Why it effects only on parameter "user cannot switch to another program"?
