log an active signal to Citadel in the OPC server

Is there any problem if I log an active signal to Citadel in the OPC server?

 I need to trend a signal that is in a table, when I open the editor and click log it to historical database, it disappears from the table. Testing offline, I didn’t have a problem logging the same signal from the OPC server.

I wondered if this is not good practice.

Hello, does your signal come from the table outside Lookout such as Excel or inside Lookout? You mean when you edit the process ,the problem will occur? Can you explain your question in detail so that I can help you?
