how to create an alarm file

We would like to have a file showing all daily alarms past and current (like an excel file) that we would be able to read the alarms and also print them out as needed.  We would also like a push button on Lookout that we could press as a shortcut to this file without exiting Lookout.

I would suggest using the NI ActiveX controls available with Lookout.  Support many parameters to view only what you want. Other than that,use SQL to request them from the citadel database.
