We have your software running a process piece of machinery here doing Plasma Ion Nitriding. We need to add some points on the front screen for additional thermocouple reading and would like to record these temperatures as well.
The IT individual we had left with the software and I cannot find the serial # anywhere, including in the software. The software HMI is running flawlessly and I would like to keep your front screen and I’m asking for help to find the serial # and also the ability to get the upgraded software so that I may make the necessary changes. The IT person before was Tim Morton of Morton Controls if that is any help.
