Lookout error 0x0061569e Memory could not be read.

I need help with a Lookout error I get when I change an Alias in Lookout. I make my change, then a while later I get an error that says:

Lookout Application Error

0x0061569e referenced at memory 0x00200066 the memory could not be read

Please select ok to close the application.

Has anyone seen this error before? What can cause it.

Also, if I just restart Lookout, the Trending no longer works until I reboot.

What's version of lookout?

Does it crash every time you edit the Alias?

Can you create a new one with expected configuration and different Alias name? And then edit the .lks file by notepad, find and replace all the old alias with the new alias. So the new Alias will work and you can delete the old one.

Before you edit the .lks file, backup it first.

The problem looks like a known issue. We did fix it but I'm not sure if we have fix for your version.

Thanks for the help.

Is it true that if you don't set up any special Graphics or write to any files, the minimum recovery in case of a failure would be

all of the .l4p, l4t, .lka and .lks files, also the Lookout.ini and the Database Folder. Of course after you re-install Lookout. Does that sound right?
