Lookout Pager Object Error "No Dialtone"

Regardless of the modem I use I keep getting a "No dialtone detected" error when the Pager Object goes to dial out a numeric message. I have switched modems with a couple of other modems and get the same result. I have two modems installed and use the other for PCAnywhere access. Could they be conflicting with each other? I have already tested the modems with the Windows dialer, they both check out ok.

Yes theere is a conflict. Lookout wants complete and total control over the modem or it is not happy. The modem cannot have a driver installed in windows or it will not work. If you are using this modem for PCAnywhere you need to get another modem for Lookout. Lookout is stingy and doesn't like to share.
