Lookout 6.5 cannot open COM ports

Server upgrade to Lookout 6.5 from Lookout 6.2.  Lookout 6.5 ASCII objects cannot open any COM ports mapped in the process file.  Note that all the ports are Moxa Nport driver ports.  Never had trouble with this before 6.5.  Checked all firewall allowances updated for 6.5 installation and even disabled firewall completely.  No luck

 

Please advise!

Bogus Post.

 

Somehow the Moxa driver database got corrupted when Lookout 6.5 was installed.  Deleting and reloading the database solved the issue.
