Lookout 6.5 Database sometimes contains no traces data

I am using Lookout 6.5 to log data to a Citadel 5.0 Database.  I use MAX v4.6 Historical Data to view the logged data.  Sometimes, when I view the properties of a database it contains 0 traces however it shows there are 38600 pages and a size of 1.63591E+8.  Is there a way to view the 38600 pages of data?  Is there a utility to correct the archived database?

Could you give a screenshot of the "0 trace" and "38600 pages"?
