Lookout 6.2 registration/activation inconsistancy

We are starting up a redundant computer SCADA System and have a
registration
problem on the Primary computer.

On the lookout (Help) (About lookout), The information given indicates that
the
program is NOT REGISTERED.

When we look at the same information on the (NI Licence Manager) It says
under
(status) "Activated for this Computer"

The program apears to run except for a few bugs that I requested Email help
on
earlier today.

We also de-activated, then re-activated the software and have the same
indication.

  This is fixed now. We had to do an "online activation" I guess there is a problem with the Phone activation process.

I don't know the detailed process of the "phone call" activation, but it seems that if you call NI for the activation code and don't see the registration information in Lookout, you can use the Start->All Program->National Instrument->NI Registration Wizard.
