Lookout 6.02 issue

We have lookout setup to monitor all of our plating tanks. All this data from the tanks get recorded in lookout and then somehow exported to Excel. All the tanks have a document in excel call “tankxx”. The xx will be the number of the tank (ex: tank32). We have all tanks monitored but for some reason tank 63 is not. I need to know how we can setup tank 63 to be monitored and record data like the other tanks. You can call me if needed for a better explanation. This is pretty critical to get fixed so any help would be great

For My customers I use the spreadsheet object.

This can be found under Logging when you create a new object.

If you want it with in the same excel file you will need to find the spreadsheet and add a field.
