I got called into a customer site using Lookout 6.0. They came in this morning to a general login error. I cannot get into the program with any username or password combination. i have de-activated, uninstalled, installed and re-activated and am having the same problem. The only thing i can see is that it may have done an update over night and the only one i can see is XP SP3. This computer runs a water treatment facility which is now down because they can't access the controller. Any help would be appreciated.
