Lookout 4.0.1 Alarms and Trends Fail

We are running Lookout4 on 3 networked PC's and now twice we have had the
alarms and hypertrends stop working on two out the 3 PC's.(not always the
same Pc's)
First we cannot acqknowage alarms. Then when we restart Lookout we get no
alarms at all and we also do not get any hypertrends diplayed. The only way
I have found to get out of it is to remove all the files from the Lookout4\Database
directory.
Can anyone help ?

Hello Andrew,

This problem has been fixed in the latest version of Lookout -- Lookout 4.0.1
(build 51). This version will be sent to ALL existing Lookout 4.0 customers
on CD free of charge within couple of weeks. Meanwhile, you may download
this from our FTP site. Please call 512.683.0100 and ask for IA Applications
Engineers and they will be more than happy to upload it for you.
