If a previously installed Lookout directory gets deleted, how can you then reinstall Lookout?

Customer was asked to uninstall then reinstall Lookout. Customer misunderstood the term "uninstall" and proceeded to just delete the entire Nat Inst folder from the Program Files folder. Now, while trying to (re)install Lookout from the CD, it concludes with "No files were installed" window.
 
What must I do in order to get Lookout reinstalled?

Is he able to uninstall it from "Add/Remove Programs"?
If not, please give me your email address, I'll teach you how to remove registry.
