Early Morning Lockup during Archive

We have occastional lockups at 1:00 am and 12:00 that are apparently related to the archiving of the days data. Is there anything we can do to fix this or move the time that it archives to a time where there is users present.

Hello,

Are you using the CitadelControl object in Lookout to perform the archiving operation?

If so, the only thing you need to do to change the time of day that the archive operation is output a False to True transition to the Start data member of the CitadelControl when you would like the archiving operation to begin.

The easiest way to do this is to use the TimeOfDay object. This object will output a pulse once each day at a user-defined offset into the day. So, for instance if, you wanted the TimeOfDay object to output a pulse at 7AM every morning you would specify a timer offset of 7 hours to the TimeOfDay object.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if there is anything I can help with or clarify.
