Recently installed HMI running Windows 7 with Lookout 6.7.1
Every couple of hours a save window pops up wanting to save an *.xps file. This only occurs when running lookout. When this window pops up communication between the HMI and PLC stops, giving a no response from secondary alarm on alarm page. After I cancel the save communication comes back. I have been chasing this issue for 2 weeks now, any suggestions? Thanks
