My customer is running Lookout 6.6 development/Runtime for their Server/Client process computer and Lookout 6.6 Client on their office computer. Their server is located in a comm center that is out of their way to access. We set up a VPN Connection across the internet between their Server computer and their office network. The client process works on their office machine, but I am unable to display alarms from their Server computer and the hypertrend object on the client machine returns and error indicating that it can't connect to the server database. Can you help with resolving these issues?
