From this article, the object MitsubishiFx supports several kinds of FX series PLCs. But it only uses serial connection, not ethernet.
If you want  ethernet connection, or some kind of PLC not supported by NI OPC server, you need to use other OPC servers and use Lookout/DSC as the OPC client.
