Alarms not logging in history

We are not getting history of our alarms like we used to, this started a couple weeks ago.
Don't know why, possible someone changed something but what??

Hello nec,

              I am not sure what version of Lookout you are using. If you are using Lookout 6.0 you can view the alarm history in MAX (Measurement and Automation Explorer). Go to MAX>>Historical data>>Citadel 5 Universe and right click. You have an option to create new alarms and events view. Once you select it you should select the Lookout 6.0 database. Make sure the filter settings-like the start and end date is selected appropriately. Let me know if you are able to view the alarm history.
