where to put my processing?

Hi to all,

I just want to know where to put my processing on "data" in a program like    "/usr/local/natinst/nidaqmx/examples/ansi_c/AnalogIn/MesureVoltage/ContAcq-IntClk-AnlgStart/ContAcq-IntClk-AnlgStart.c".

How could I be sure that my data that have to be processed aren't overwritten by the next acquisition of "DAQmxReadAnalogF64" function ?
