running LabView license-manager on linux

Hi,

beside LabView itself, I also want to run the LabView license-manager (using flexlm/lmgrd/nilm) on a linux machine. Has anyone experience with this, especially where I can download the vendor daemon?

Greetings

Marvin

LabVIEW does not use a license manager on Linux. While flexlm is a cross-platform library, we have chosen not to use it on non-Windows platforms. You can of course license the tool directly from the company that makes it for use in your own product.

Hi Adam,

I'm considering a LabVIEW 20 license in Linux.  Currently I'm just trying to evaluate the period of my trial license, but don't know how to do that.
