Warning popup during Application build

The latest thing that has been bugging me on Linux is compiling my app : LabVIEW throws a warning popup during the compilation.

I found work-around : creating a pre-build VI that wll open the VI that triggers the warning - open it with "Interactive" disabled.

Tech support just told me that R&D will treat this as a bug and CAR#1752981 has been created.
