Nilsdev do not see PCI-6601

I have installed NI-DAQMX 8.0.2 on a Centos 6.4 932 bit system. It has 8 GB but I limited the memory during the boot to 4 GB

uname -a

2.6.32-358.14.1.el6.i686 #1 SMP Tue Jul 16 21:12:30 UTC 2013 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

lspci output gives:

04:00.0 Unassigned class [ff00]: National Instruments PCI-6601 (rev 01)

        Control: I/O+ Mem+ BusMaster+ SpecCycle- MemWINV- VGASnoop- ParErr- Stepping- SERR- FastB2B- DisINTx-

        Status: Cap- 66MHz- UDF- FastB2B+ ParErr- DEVSEL=medium >TAbort- <TAbort- <MAbort- >SERR- <PERR- INTx-

        Latency: 32, Cache Line Size: 64 bytes

        Interrupt: pin A routed to IRQ 16

        Region 0: Memory at f7102000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable)

        Region 1: Memory at f7100000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=8K]

        Kernel driver in use: nidaqmx_nidaq2

Hover ever, nilsdev returs nothing:

*Ni-DAQMX]$ nilsdev

* Ni-DAQMX]$

And  PCI-6601 is not reckognized in Base, so I am out of luck sofar. have no idea how to proceed (used updateNIDrivers and other stuff)

Please advise.

Thank you
