I want to know if there is any manual for NIDAQmx.h file because  I need to know the meaning of the functions and their parameters in that file.

NI-DAQmx C Reference Help.html in /usr/local/natinst/nidaqmx/docs should explain the functions in NIDAQmx.h file.
