VISA is not acknowledging the existence of the this device, even though I can see it's node under /dev/bus/usb.
I am running as root as well. I get the error message "Insufficient location information or the device or resource is not present in the system."
Any ideas?
I'm running NI-VISA 17.0 with the nikal 17.5.1 bug fix, on kernel version 3.10.0-862.2.3.el7.x86_64
