html posts.

Hi,

An increasing trend in posting to this group is the use of incomplete
HTML.

My newsreader software will display HTML but not when it doesn't comply
with the normal HTML rules, as the message headers state that the
content is plain text rather than html. I.E. Content-Type: text/html;
NOT Content-Type: text/plain;

Is there any chance that the news server software could be modified to
fix this for those of use who still access this excellent group via
usenet rather than the web?

Sorry, I should of said that I had included an example of the way I
receive this type of message. I replaced the "<>" with "{}" in the hope
that it would display in the way I see it to everyone.

John Cameron -

I apologize for taking so long to reply to this thread, but it took a while for it to be brought to my attention.

This is an issue that we are actively working on trying to resolve. We are working with the forum developers to improve the user experience for mail client and Web NNTP users as well as for the forum users.

We appreciate your feedback and patience,
Molly K.
