You can access the SD cards through FPGA I/O Method Nodes. There are several example programs for the NI 9802 in NI Example Finder. In LabVIEW browse to Help » Find Examples » Toolkits and Modules » FPGA » CompactRIO » Module Specific » File Input and Output. In particular, I would suggest looking at NI 9802 Write.lvproj.
