A little bit of context would help...
Are you running a compiled executable or a project in the IDE?
Is this a project of yours or an example project shipping with CVI?
If it's a project of yours, does the error replicates if running one of the example programs?
Which version of CVI are you using and on which platform?
Finally, if running a compiled executable on a PC different from the development one: have you installed the CVI Runtime Engine and necessary additional libraries (if any) on the deployment machine?
