can not create xml domdocument

IviConfigserver.IviConfigStore.1:Deserialize failed.Can not create XML DOMDocument .Please check your XML parser installation.

there is a little mistake - you posted your question in the wong forum You should choose LabVIEW and not confuse it with LabWindows.
