block exit of program

Hi!

I wrote function which block me exit of application when I click close button.

The problem is that when I click right mouse on Windows bar and context menu appears, when i select Close it's not executing my QuitApplication function, but it closing application immediately. What should I do to execute my code instead of immediatelly closing application?
