Suddenly have a problem starting LabWindows CVI 7.0 on XP system

Solved!
Go to solution

I have been using LabWindows CVI version 7.0 on a Windows XP operations system.  Earlier to day, I changed my system screen resolution and was working with the applications.

All seemed to work but at some point I ended the session and then restarted.   Instead of starting, I get a Message popup that says "Index passed is out of range" and the CVI application quits.

I tried reinstalling CVI from the original distribution CDs.  When all was installed I get the same message when attempting to start CVI.

Anyone have a idea what might be wrong??

I vaguely remember having a similar problem some years ago as I think doing something to the windows registry fixed it  -  but I am not sure.

THanks

Sweeney
