Setting line width of single line scaled intensity plot

I want to make an intensity plot where it is possible to adjust the color of a single line. This is possible when I plot the intensity plot line by line.

However, when I plot a single line the line width is always 1 pixel, and cannot be scaled. Is there a possibility to change the line height of a single line?

If you plot just one line the Graph will always scale this to a single pixel. This is because it uses the area defined by a 2D array to scale the Line with. In order to plot line by line you have to duplicate the line and thus defining an area for the graph to scale to.

Hope this helps.
