That error means that the include file was not found. Search that file and locate it in your disk, next you can add its directory into the project (Project window, Options >> Include files menu item).
If the file is not present on your disk, go to
Guillaume Dargaud website and download the complete ReadSavePng instrument, that comes complete with its proper include file, place it into your project directory and add it to your project.
The instrument permits to save bitmaps on disk in PNG format or read back PNG images from disk.
