My Password Panel disappear behind main Panel

HI,

I work with cvi 8.1.1.

My software works with main Panel and Password Panel.

I call My main Panel with "DIspalyPanel" Command and the Password Panel with "InstallPopup" Command.

By running my software My password panel disappear behind my main panel.

This phenomenon happens only after i make executable from my software. 

It doesn't happen when i run the software on debug mode.

It's also doesn't happen on all computers , only a few of them but all of them running on Windows XP SP 2.

This problem happened to me only in cvi 8.1.1

Does this occur consistently on those computers?
Is it possible for you to post a simple example that can let us reproduce this behavior.
