Menubar does not open on Windows 11

One of our customers reported that they are unable to open the popup of the main menu bar on a Windows 11 system. They are clicking on the entry and nothing happens. It worked on their previous Windows 10 installation.

We used LabWindows/CVI 2019 to create this application.

Are there any known issues with this or is there anything I can check?

I don't have a Windows 11 system available right now to verify the problem on my end.

NI does not yet officially support Windows 11. The most recent version of LabWindows was 2020, which supports Windows 7 SP1 through 10.

We recently tested LabWindows/CVI 2020 f2 patch on Windows 11 and expect customer applications to work without issue. We found a few minor UI degradation bugs depending on display settings which could be addressed in a future patch.

Hello,

is this patch now available?

I have a cutomer who had to migrate from Win10 to Win 11, and is using several screens.  The drop lists don't show up where they should.

Thank you

NI doesn't want to fix this, they tell people to "simply adjust all your monitors to the same zoom level".

I documented a workaround here.

Thank you very much.

I had a first try; maybe you can modify your very nice code / solution by adding/suggesting to include <windows.h> on the top of the file which should be modified.

Thanks again,

Jean.
